Upon arrival, the officers found an unresponsive male, later identified as Gary Lee Johnson, in the front passenger seat of a vehicle parked in the driveway. Paramedics were called in but the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 12:48 a.m. |

| Details: On Sunday, April 12, 2015 at approximately 3:40a.m., officers were dispatched initially to the area of 747 Polo Drive South on the report of gunshots. Additional calls reported that one individual had suffered a gunshot wound and a CFD Medic was also dispatched to the scene. Upon the officers arrival, they found that the victim, Mr. Santos E. Hercules, had received a gunshot wound to his torso. CFD Medic #6 transported Mr. Hercules to Riverside Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries at 4:39 a.m. |
