| Details: On March 25, 2014, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Columbus Police patrol officers were dispatched on a shooting in front of 584 Bulen Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located two (2) victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to Grant Medical Center. Mr. Armstrong by Columbus Division of Fire Medic #21 personnel, and Mr. Williams by CFD Medic #15 personnel. At approximately 9:56 p.m., Mr. Armstrong succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. |

The officers determined that the victim had been shot and requested a medic respond to the scene. The victim was subsequently pronounced dead at 7:38 a.m. by C.F.D. Medic #24 firefighters. |
