Thank you for your patience as the Department of Neighborhoods evaluated the best ways in which we could continue to serve you. We are continuing to transform the delivery of our services to best match the advice provided by local public health officials.
311 is back to taking calls! We are dedicated to accepting your requests for service, and you can reach us by phone Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. by calling 614-645-3111. You can also continue to reach us by email at [email protected] or by visiting 311.columbus.gov.
Neighborhood Pride Centers continue to be generally closed to the public. Please reach out to your Neighborhood Liaison for more information about the availability of your Pride Center. Find your Liaison here.

The Department has begun to interact with the community when necessary and always with strict accordance to best practices including use of facial coverings, social distancing, avoidance of shared surfaces, and frequent hand washing or sanitizing. We are here to support you and your neighborhood in the best way possible that keeps everyone safe.
