COVID-19 Updates on Service
As a result of the COVID-19
health emergency, the Department of Neighborhoods has temporarily closed the
Neighborhood Pride Centers and made a change regarding how the 311 Customer
Service Center accepts service requests.
On a temporary basis, the 311
Customer Service Center will only accept service requests by e-mail at email@example.com, the Columbus.gov/311
website, the My Columbus App and through voicemail.
Your Neighborhood Liaison is
still available to provide you with assistance while the Neighborhood Pride
Centers are closed. A list of Neighborhood Liaisons is available here.
The Department has also
suspended our community events and in-person meetings. We look forward to
continuing to connect with residents over the phone and by video conference.
