| Details: On July 15, 2018 at approximately 3:27 p.m., Patrol officers were dispatched to 86 S. Richardson Avenue on a report of a shooting. Upon the officers arrival they located the victim, TIMOTHY RAMSEY. Mr. Ramsey was found inside the residence suffering from a gunshot wound to his neck. He was transported to a local area hospital in critical condition. |

| Details: Ms. Temiko Washington exited her vehicle at the Sunrise Bar at the above address. Gun fire erupted and Ms. Washington was shot one (1) time in the neck. She was transported to Riverside Hospital by CFD Medic #18 and will recover from her injury. Ms. Shantia Peterson was sitting in a chair in the parking lot of the same address and was also struck one time in the neck. Ms. Peterson was transported to Grant Hospital and is listed in extremely critical condition. Ms. Peterson had been hospitalized at Mount Carmel Saint Ann’s as a direct result of the injuries she sustained during this incident. On 6/15/2020 Ms. Peterson succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased. On 6/18/2020 Ms. Peterson’s death was ruled a homicide by the Franklin County Coroner’s Office. |

The victim was transported to Grant Medical Center by CFD Medic 8. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced at 7:58 p.m. |
