| Details: On 2-29-2016 at approximately 11:59 PM, CPD Officers were called to 2475 S. Hamilton Road on the report of a man lying in the Chase Bank parking lot. Upon arrival, the officers found the victim, later identified as Emmanuel Osei, critically injured from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 14 was summoned to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased at 12:15 AM. |

On Feb 12, 2016 at 3:04 pm, patrol officers responded to 5460 Carmichael St. Apt #210 after receiving information that a victim had been found deceased inside of the apartment. Homicide detectives responded and processed the scene. The death appears to be the result of a homicide. However the exact cause of death will be determined during the autopsy. Victim was pronounced dead at the scene. |
