| Details: On Sunday, January 26, 2020, at approximately 1:55 p.m., Columbus Police Officers were called to the area of 2061 Yorkhull Lane, on the report of gunfire in the parking lot. Upon arrival, Officers found an injured male, lying on the ground behind 2061 Yorkhull Lane, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 11 responded to the scene and transported the victim, later identified as Miles Jaye Tolliver, to Riverside Methodist Hospital in extremely critical condition. Officers also found a second injured male a few streets south of the shooting scene, also suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Clinton Twsp. Medic 61 responded to that scene and transported the victim, later identified as Daylin Pollard, to Riverside Methodist Hospital in stable condition. The first victim, Mr. Tolliver, did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased by attending physicians at 2:37 p.m. |

| Details: On the above listed date and time, Patrol officers were dispatched to the scene of a shots fired, picked up by Shotspotter at the Marathon Station at 830 Parsons Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered the victim suffering from having been shot. The victim was transported to Grant hospital where he succombed to his wounds and died at 7:08 a.m. The suspect was wearing a black mask and black clothing and fled south and east from the location. |

Mr. Felder was subsequently transported to a local area hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced deceased at 9:41PM, by medical personal. |

CFD Medic 14 responded to the scene and pronounced the victim, later identified as Curtis Anthony Duff II, deceased at 5:48 p.m. |
