Ms. Jarmon was transported to a local area Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at 4:12am. Victim, #2, L.B. M/B/16, was self transported with a gunshot wound. Victim #2 is expected to recover from his injuries. At this time, Investigators believe that unknown suspect(s) shot into the crowd of people that were at the Fairwood Ave location for a party. |

Officers arrived at scene and located evidence of shooting however, a victim was not located. A short time later, officers were dispatched to the area of Livingston Ave and Fairwood Ave on the report of a shooting, incident #220541214. Officers and Columbus Fire Medic 815 arrived at scene and found the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Medic 815 pronounced victim #1 deceased at 11:40pm. After victim #2 was interviewed, it was determined the shooting occurred in the 1900 Block of W. Broad St. Victim #2 was in the vehicle at the time of the shooting but was not injured. |

The victim was in between two groups of suspects shooting at each other and was struck by the gunfire. |
