The unidentified male was transported by personnel from CFD Medic 24 to OSU Main Hospital where he was pronounced deceased at 7:45 a.m. |

Upon arrival the officers realized the victim, Tyrone Brandy M/B/29 years old, had been shot. Victim was pronounced dead at the scene by medics. Investigation indicates that the victim was shot inside of the vehicle just prior to the collision. |
