Upon arrival Officers found the victim in the rear of the location suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Mount Carmel West Hospital E.R., by C.F.D. Medic #17 in "critical condition". At approximately 11:45 p.m., the victim succumbed to his injuries. |

Officers arrived and found the victim unresponsive, inside of the residence, where he was subsequently pronounced deceased by CFD Rescue #17, at approximately 1:38 p.m. |
