| Details: On November 24, 2022 at approximately 4:44 p.m., Columbus Police Officers were dispatched to the 900 block S. Roys Avenue on a shots fired complaint. Upon arrival, they discovered the unidentified victim inside of the residence. The victim did suffer from visible injuries. Medics from the Columbus Division of Fire arrived and pronounced the victim deceased at 4:52 p.m. |

| Details: On November 23, 2022, law enforcement was alerted by a citizen that a person was in the pond located at Wilson Road Park. CPD Patrol personnel responded to the scene and did locate the victim Mr. Robert K. Marsh III in the water. CFD personnel pronounced Mr. Marsh deceased at 10:31am. Homicide detectives responded to the scene and an intial investigation revealed that Mr. Marsh was involved in an altercation with the suspect John M. Ferry M/W 46. Mr. Ferry is alleged to have caused injuries to Mr. Marsh that resulted in his death. Mr. Ferry has been charged with Murder and his current whereabouts are unknown. If you see him, do not approach and call police immediately. A photo of the suspect is attached to this release. |

| Details: On Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 7:33 PM, Columbus Police officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of E. 16th Av. to investigate a shots fired complaint. Upon arrival, the officers were informed a residence in the 1600 block of Cleveland Av. had been struck by gunfire. While investigating, the officers found the victim, who is described as an adult male, suffering from visible injuries. Medics from the Columbus Division of Fire arrived and pronounced the victim deceased at 8:44 PM. |

Officers arrived at scene and found the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Columbus Fire Medic #823 arrived and pronounced the victim deceased at 1:12am. During the preliminary investigation it was determined there was an argument that lead to the shooting. |

On arrival, officers found a 21-year-old male, R.L., and a 19-year-old male, whose name is being withheld, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. CFD Medics transported R.L. to a local area hospital in where he was treated and released. CFD Medics transported the 19-year-old male to Grant Medical Center, in critical condition, where he was pronounced deceased at 9:52PM. |

Medics from the Columbus Division of Fire arrived and pronounced the victim deceased at 2:13 PM. |
